Service area: Frederick City & County, MD. If you reside in outlying areas (For example: New Market, Myersville, Walkersville, Thurmont, Mt. Airy, etc); subject to availability. Please contact me to discuss if I would be a good fit for your needs.

I offer daily drop-ins, visits, and walks. Currently, I DO NOT offer overnight pet sitting.

This is my full-time business. I walk clients pet(s) 100% of the time.

Yes, I am bonded & insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.

I love puppies and seniors! They are some of my favorite to visit. I don't charge extra for visiting them and/or an additional pet (dog or cat), giving oral meds, feedings, picking up mail, watering plants, etc. If you have more than (2) dogs/cats and/or additional small critters, contact me to further discuss. 

Front door code, lockbox, garage code, or hidden key. I prefer to not have your key in my possession. 

Please complete and submit a meet & greet form. I will reach out to you within 24 hours, usually via text, to schedule a free meeting. We can address any questions, concerns, daily schedule, your pets likes/dislikes, etc. The meeting usually lasts about an hour or so.

Once the initial meet & greet session has taken place, I will provide access to your Pet Owner portal, through an easy-to-use app; which will allow you to create an account & password, add your credit/debit card for billing purposes, and to schedule services. After every visit, a report card is logged in the portal. It will show start/stop times, notes, photos, and a map of where we walked via GPS. If you wish, you can also add a tip. All services that occur during the week (Monday - Sunday) are billed as one payment from "A Bark Above Walk", to your credit card, the following Tuesday.

Accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Zelle, and cash.

Tips are not expected. But GREATLY appreciated. They help my small business to thrive - to purchase poop bags, treats, gas for my car, etc.

I don't assess cancellation fees. I fully understand that unexpected life situations can pop-up with little to no warning. Please notify me, via text, the morning of and/or within an hour of your scheduled visit if you need to cancel with a brief explanation why. You can then cancel the visit in your Pet Owner portal.

I walk in all weather conditions - rain, snow, and under the hot sun! If schools are closed for severe/inclement weather, I will make every attempt to visit your pet during your desired time slot. I will shorten the outside portion of my visit to allow your pet time to go potty and then back inside for treats, snuggles, and playtime. I will always communicate, via text, to apprise you of the situation.
